I can't wait to see what the rest of the year will bring!
On another note: Does anyone else battle with having to throw away brown sugar because it gets hard as a rock? Last week I had to throw away about 2 cups for this very reason. So on Sunday morning I was saddened that I couldn't make oatmeal (and since I needed to go to the grocery I was going to have to skip eating before church).
But Chris came to the rescue after researching how to make your own brown sugar!! It was AMAZING and super moist. We will now be making our own brown sugar as we need it to cut down on our food waste.
1 Cup Organic Sugar
1 Tablespoon Organic Molasse
Mix until all the Molasse is blended
